Debt maturity profile

At 31 December 2006, Gallaher's bond issues amounted to £1,665 million, comprising:

• A €375m bond maturing in August 2008.
• A £300m bond maturing in May 2009.
• A €800m bond maturing in June 2011.
• A £250m bond maturing in February 2013.
• A €500m bond maturing in April 2014.

Also, at 31 December 2006, Gallaher's committed bank facilities, comprised:

• Amortising term loans of €199m, maturing mainly in 2007.
• A syndicated revolving facility of £1,000m maturing in June 2010.
